This 2026 Fender Custom Shop '51 Nocaster HS Journeyman Relic pairs one of Fender's earliest solidbody designs with a humbucker and single-coil configuration that expands the model's tonal palette without straying from its classic aesthetic. Finished in Aged Pewter, the Journeyman Relic treatment adds subtle lacquer checking and light wear that complements the understated appearance of the guitar. The maple neck retains the snap and immediacy expected from a Nocaster-inspired build, while the Custom Shop construction emphasizes period-inspired materials and appointments throughout. Combining early-'50s styling with a versatile pickup layout and a distinctive finish, this Nocaster offers a fresh interpretation of one of Fender's foundational electric guitars.
