Description
This 1960 Fender Esquire has undergone many modifications over its time. The body and neck have both been refinished, and beneath the replacement pickguard is a non-professional humbucker route between the original factory cavities, while the original pickguard has also been cut for the same modification (This guard is included in the case). A refret, new nut, rewound pickup, replacement electronics, bridge saddles, tuners, and logo have all been part of its evolution over the years, resulting in a guitar that has been maintained with function in mind. Finish checking and general play wear are present throughout, and the large route beneath the pickguard is worth noting. A great player grade Esquire with plenty of modifications to make it its own beast.
