This guitar comes from the special collection of a 25-year Gibson employee. The collection includes one-of-a-kind prototypes and some of the best examples of models from the Epiphone line over the past two decades, with many of them still in the same condition they left the factory.
This Epiphone 335 sports a surely one-of-a-kind Purple Sparkle factory finish. The Elitist Series featured some of the highest quality models produced under the Epiphone line by Gibson in the new millennium, and they reserved the best for this ES-335. The Elitist line was discontinued, potentially because the quality began to cannibalize sales of the lower-end Gibson models. Ignoring all of the politics of Gibson and Epiphone guitar production, what you're left with is a very well built 335 with a gorgeous unique finish that is in excellent condition that sounds and plays fantastic!
Includes original hardshell case.
