A very cool solid-body electric from May of 1963, and one of only 70 made in Fireglo finish that year.

This model features Rickenbacker's famous 'Cresting Wave' cutaway maple body, a rosewood fingerboard with iconic triangular pearloid inlay markers, and both mono and stereo output.  This guitar is in very good condition, with evidence of honest playing wear.  The Fireglo finish is still bright with plenty of red left in it.

It is almost all original -- finish, wiring harness (the pot codes date 1962 and 1963), even an early "Ac'cent by Paul" plate on the vibrato.  The pickups are c.1990s Toaster pickups and it has had a refret.  The guitar comes in its original silver rectangular hard case.
