"Our 36th Anniversary Model is based on our 30-year model, which was designed around ergonomics. The 30' was the first acoustic guitar to feature a forward-shifted body design, making it more comfortable to play, particularly by lowering the position of the player's right arm.
For the 36', we added our Top Cut with integrated soundhole, first introduced in 2005 on the Stalder Bass, along with Kasha-style bracing and our Open Headstock design, which debuted at Gitane Nouveaux in 2005. As a result, this guitar incorporates two innovations that later appeared on many high-end instruments: the Top Cut and the Open Headstock.
A second soundhole is located on the upper side of the body, creating a more spacious sound projection and allowing the player to become more immersed in the instrument's voice."
