This 1957 Gibson banjo is in very good condition, and shows light play wear. There is some finish checking, along with a small strip of scotch tape on the resonator side. The metal parts have mild oxidation, which is typical for an instrument of this age.
The tuners were swapped a couple of times, as seen by the extra holes on the headstock. It currently has Rotomatic Milk Bottle Grovers installed. The 5th string tuner was dowelled at some point, likely for some reinforcement. Spikes were added at the 9th and 11th frets. It comes with a strap and the original hard case.
