Note: Owned and toured with by Joe Bonamassa. This prototype 2024 Gibson Custom Shop Joe Bonamassa "Amos" Flying V with AP-1 serial number is a detailed recreation of one of the most identifiable examples of one of the most unusual and identifiable electric guitar designs. Originating from Amos Arthur, owner of Arthur's Music in Indianapolis, Indiana and being collected by Norm Harris of Norman's Rare Guitars before finding its way into the hands of Joe Bonamassa, this guitar comes complete with a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard and a distinctive Korina body and neck, along with custom-voiced humbuckers that stay close to the dry, mid-focused tone of the original. The neck profile has a substantial, even taper, and the feel is consistent with late-'50s Gibsons. Includes the original and beautifully plush brown/pink hard case with plenty of extra case candy and COA.
*When using Affirm, we charge an additional 3.5% fee on the total at checkout. The majority of our instruments are consignment, where CVG keeps a small percentage of each sale. To be able to cover the additional costs required to offer financing, we have to include a higher fee to the customer. The 3.5% fee will be included in and spread across your Affirm payments.
