Description

This 1961 Gibson RB-250 Mastertone is a classic bluegrass banjo with tasteful modifications that enhance its tone and playability. Featuring a mahogany neck and resonator with a bound Brazilian rosewood fingerboard and traditional Mastertone inlays, it retains the vintage warmth and punch these early-'60s models are known for. Modifications include added Keith Scruggs tuners, and a new bridge. Whether on stage or in the studio, this RB-250 delivers the classic Gibson growl with modern reliability. Includes the original hardshell case.
