This 2024 Gibson Custom Shop Made-to-Measure ’59 Les Paul Standard recreates the look and feel of a late-1950s Burst, finished in Dirty Lemon VOS with subtle aging that gives the top a naturally worn appearance. A carved figured maple top sits over a solid mahogany body, paired with a mahogany neck and rosewood fingerboard with classic trapezoid inlays. Custombucker pickups capture the open, dynamic response of Custombuckers, delivering everything from rounded, woody cleans to thick, harmonically rich overdrive. The Vintage Original Spec treatment adds understated wear to the finish and hardware, completing a carefully executed take on one of Gibson’s most celebrated designs.
