Description

An exemplary mandolin from 1928, this A-4 plays well and looks incredible with its binding and inlay work, dignified tailpiece, and graceful sunburst finish. The 1920's was an excellent era for Gibson mandolins and this one, fortunately, remains in all-original condition - no cracks and no back shrinkage. Gibson's craftsmanship and attention to making fine instruments yielded wonderful results like this oval hole mandolin. Comes in its original hard case.
