Description

An excellent condition 1956 Fender Stratocaster non-trem, aka: "Hardtail." There's an old saying in the guitar biz, "The longer the tale, the harder the sale." Here's a nice short story about this guitar... it's 100% original. No stories to convey, no tales to tell. This thing's totally straight and righteous. The guitar's super lightweight at 6.8 pounds. The neck has got the classic 1956 Fender carve; it's U-shaped and so comfortable to play. The original frets have plenty of life left in the them. The pickups sound like reference examples for each position. It's also easy to balance the switch to get the out of phase sounds as well. If you're looking for a hardtail '50s Strat, this one won't disappoint. The guitar comes in the original tweed case. There's a strap and bridge cover in the case as well.
