Description

This 2018 Fender Custom Shop '60s Stratocaster Heavy Relic comes in a Sonic Blue finish worn through to reveal a Pink Paisley undercoat—a nod to two eras at once. The aging is extensive but intentional, with checking, edge wear, and exposed paisley peeking through in just the right spots. The neck has a broken-in feel that complements the aesthetic, and the hand-wound pickups deliver a clear, chimey tone with plenty of midrange character. Wiring and hardware are all factory spec, and the relic work is consistent throughout. A bold take on a classic platform, built with a sense of humor and attention to detail. Plays and sounds fantastic. Comes with the OHSC and COA.
