Description

To commemorate the Strat from 1959, Fender produced a limited-edition 2009 model, celebrating the 50th anniversary. With only 59 of these guitars made (this one is #9), it stays true to the original '59 specifications, with a few key modern updates like a 5-way pickup selector switch and Fender Custom Shop Fat 50’s pickups that deliver classic '50s tone. The guitar features a lightweight Ash body, a '59 Sunburst nitrocellulose finish, a maple neck with a 9.5" radius rosewood fretboard, and medium jumbo frets. This particular model is in great condition, there are no modifications but a few dings and scratches here and there. Comes with OHC
