Description

This Collings 290 DC is formidable tribute to the Les Paul Special design with a few mods to make it a player's pal. The original bridge pickup was replaced with a Wolf Tone Marshall Head Mk.II for a little more bite than the stock P-90 pickup. This allows mellow rhythm and jazz tones in the neck and some ripping leads in the bridge. The neck is a nice medium profile with enough meat to hold onto but not impeding. Cosmetically, it's in good condition with some finish wear and dings to note.
