This 1983 Collings 0-28 Custom from the Seabird Collection is a rare, early example of Bill Collings’ masterful luthiery. Built during the formative years of Collings Guitars, this small-bodied acoustic showcases meticulous craftsmanship and tonal excellence. Featuring a solid spruce top, rosewood back and sides, and a comfortable 14-fret mahogany neck, it delivers a warm, articulate voice with exceptional clarity and balance—ideal for fingerstyle and light flatpicking. Its understated aesthetic is complemented by herringbone purfling and vintage-style appointments.
