Taylor AB-1 Acoustic Bass 1995, Natural

This 1995 Taylor AB-1 Acoustic Bass in Natural is a distinctive instrument from Taylor’s earlier years, featuring a unique design developed through the collaboration of Bob Taylor and luthier Steve Klein. The Brazilian walnut back and sides give it a beautiful natural look with rich wood character. No longer in production, the AB-1 is a less commonly seen model with a personality all its own. It’s a great choice for unplugged sessions, songwriting, and adding a warm acoustic bass sound to the mix. The bass is in good condition, with minor dings and scratches throughout and some strap rash on the back near the side. The battery cover and plate have been replaced, but the original parts are included in the gig bag.
