Description
This Stromberg Master 400 is a substantial archtop, showcasing the large body and refined construction associated with Stromberg's top-tier instruments. The neck has been reset and the guitar has been refretted, while minor cracks are present around the treble-side waist. There are also screw holes in the heel from previous work. The finish shows light player wear, checking, and a few dings, but the guitar remains in excellent condition for its age. It is a particularly impressive example of Stromberg's work, with the presence and craftsmanship expected from a Master 400.
