Description
Risson amplifiers are built by Bob Rissi, who worked for both Rickenbacker and Fender, where he helped design several of Fender's solid-state amplifiers. The "Super Tube Amp" is a unique design that doesn't appear to be directly derived from any particular circuit, instead offering its own distinct voice. It sounds best when run on the cleaner side of the gain range. A nice bonus is the vintage orange-frame JBL D120F speaker, which is a classic pairing with many Fender amplifiers that provides exceptional clarity and headroom.

This amp is in excellent condition, showing only minor signs of previous wear. It has a note on the back stating it was "Built For Jess Perkins", along with a signature from Bob. There is also a headshell available upon request.
