This 2018 Mule Resophonic nails the feel and sound of early metal-body guitars, with a build that leans into the raw, open character of old blues and bottleneck traditions. The steel body has a beautiful patina that holds lots of personality, and it delivers a dry, punchy resonance with plenty of midrange growl. It’s set up perfectly for a slide player—responsive, clean, and easy to dig into without fighting the instrument. The P-90 pickup is clear and well-voiced, capturing the guitar’s natural bite without smoothing over its edges. In excellent condition with only light signs of handling, this one brings a lot to the table without needing to say much.
