This amp was built in September of 1978, with the chassis initialed by the famed Randall Smith. This one happens to be an odd duck, in that the chassis was built out as a 100w (2 extra WIRED tube sockets), but it has the 60W power and output transformer. For all intents and purposes it a 60w model, as it will not produce more wattage without a transformer swap. This could have been something that changed last minute at the customer's request. Also Ch.1 & 2 are internally jumped, to where 1 cascades into 2, and won't pass signal without ch. 2 volume up. I'm not sure if this is stock or a tweak done at the factory. The amp has working reverb, and the original Electro-Voice 12" speaker.
