Inspired by the legendary 1941 D-28 (Serial #79103) showcased in the Martin Museum, the Martin D-28 Museum Edition faithfully recreates this historic instrument. This acoustic guitar merges the craftsmanship of the Authentic Series with the premium tonewoods of the Marquis line. Its top is crafted from finely bookmatched Adirondack red spruce, while the back, sides, and headplate feature select Madagascar rosewood. Each D-28 Museum Edition 1941 comes complete with a custom-fitted Harptone case for exceptional protection and presentation
