A gorgeous parlor from 1896 featuring Brazilian Rosewood back and sides and a Spruce top. This little guitar loves to be finger picked, but it can handle light strumming. The wide neck gives the impression of a classical guitar, but sounds like a steel string. The bridge plate is original, but the bridge has been replaced at some point. It can handle light steel strings.
Repairs include refinished lacquer, three top cracks repaired, one side crack repaired, and replaced bridge.
Includes period-correct coffin case believed to be original.
