Coming out of 1940, this Martin 000-18 is one of those transition-era guitars. Adirondack Spruce top and scalloped rear-shifted bracing, it's got that focus and articulate power that '40s Martins are known for. It may be short-scale, but if you want a small-bodied guitar you can dig into, this is definitely it. This vintage beauty has had the benefit of some recent work, including a neck reset, refret, and new saddle. Otherwise, all parts are original, and playability is excellent. There are some scuffs and dings, but for a guitar this age, it is in great shape!
