This Magnatone 213 features the highly desirable 18W, 1x12 format that has become a staple among many modern Nashville players. With simple Volume and Tone controls, it delivers a rich, overdriven breakup when pushed, along with the legendary Magnatone FM vibrato. This particular example carries a bit of funky vintage charm, thanks to a recover in what appears to be wood-panel style wallpaper! Grill cloth has also been added to the rear panel. Also, the two vibrato control knobs have been swapped.

The amp has received some light servicing, including a replaced power cord, along with a tube socket and a few resistors to restore proper vibrato function. Otherwise, it remains largely original. The Alnico Oxford speaker is a rare thing to find still intact in these amps and adds a nice bit of character to the overall sound. These amps are getting harder to find and serve as a great value alternative to a 50's Fender!
*When using Affirm, we charge an additional 3.5% fee on the total at checkout. The majority of our instruments are consignment, where CVG keeps a small percentage of each sale. To be able to cover the additional costs required to offer financing, we have to include a higher fee to the customer. The 3.5% fee will be included in and spread across your Affirm payments.
