Mandolins can be some of the most ornate instruments, and this 100 yr old Lyon and Healy is no exception. The scroll head is fine woodworking and an art seldom seen in modern craftsmanship. The woods chosen for its construction is rarely found in such a high of grade. If you love style A mandolins, but like something off the beaten path, this one is sure to delight.

NOTE: This is an earlier L&H with the 13-3/4" scale, and this mandolin will be comfortable for folks who normally play F-5 mandolins. It feels good in the hands and has beautiful sustain.
