Carl and August Larson—known as the Larson Brothers—were pioneering luthiers who built innovative guitars in Chicago from the early 1900s through the 1940s. Their legacy has continued through modern interpretations, first with Toni Gotz and Roman Zajicek in 2007, and later through Maurice Dupont’s workshop in Cognac, France, beginning in 2013, where these instruments have been thoughtfully reimagined with respect for the originals. This 14-fret parlor model captures that spirit beautifully, featuring maple back and sides paired with an Adirondack spruce top. It offers a tone that is both sweet and lively, with a responsive, engaging character. The guitar is in excellent condition, showing only light, typical wear. Includes the original hardshell case.
