This 1933 Kalamazoo KG-11 in sunburst is a wonderful example of a ladder-braced pre-war guitar with plenty of character. The ladder bracing gives it that dry, woody, punchy voice these early Kalamazoos are known for, with a strong midrange, crisp attack, and a surprising amount of depth for its compact size. It feels great in the hands and has a quick, responsive quality that makes it especially fun for blues, country, folk, and roots playing. It has been played and loved over the years, and the many dings, scratches, and marks throughout only add to its personality. The guitar is stable and in good condition and has been professionally set up by the CVG team. For the full list of repairs, please refer to the Specs tab.
