The 2017 Gibson SJ-200 Vintage Limited Edition is a bold and beautifully built tribute to Gibson’s most iconic jumbo. With a thermally aged Adirondack red spruce top and Indian rosewood back and sides, it delivers the kind of deep, open tone you’d expect from a well-played vintage original—rich low end, sparkling highs, and loads of headroom.

The three-piece maple neck with walnut center strip feels substantial and comfortable, paired with a rosewood fingerboard and the classic four-bar mustache bridge. Dressed in a warm Vintage Sunburst finish, it’s topped off with a classic SJ-200 pickguard, vintage style Kluson tuners, and traditional crown inlays. A standout among modern SJ-200s, this limited-edition model blends vintage soul with Custom Shop refinement. Includes the original hardshell case and case candy.
