1956 Gibson Les Paul Standard in 100% original in excellent condition with its original brown hard case that's also in beautiful condition.  Also included is a copy of the original sales receipt and a Gibson amp which was purchased on the same day as the guitar. P-90 Tune-a-matic goldtops have been popular here in the last few months; the last two we had for sale lasted less than one day after being listed.  This guitar is lightweight at 8.6 pounds.  The neck has one of the nicest carves we've seen here in a quite a while.  The shoulders of the neck are blended effortlessly into the radius as it curves up to the binding.  What that means is that although the neck is on the large side, the guitar plays effortlessly due to the neck not having too much wood where it's not needed... the shoulders of the neck.  Both P-90s sound great.  The original frets are in great shape and reflect the fact that the guitar has not been played much at all.
*When using Affirm, we charge an additional 3.5% fee on the total at checkout. The majority of our instruments are consignment, where CVG keeps a small percentage of each sale. To be able to cover the additional costs required to offer financing, we have to include a higher fee to the customer. The 3.5% fee will be included in and spread across your Affirm payments.
