1937 Gibson L-C Century of Progress in Sunburst, a wonderfully cool and iconic small-body Gibson with some sensible updates. It sports a non-original bridge and tuners, and the original tailpiece was removed at one point, but everything is done for preservation and performance. Several top cracks have been cleated and glued, and the guitar is structurally solid.
Despite the work and changes, it plays and sounds fantastic—lively, focused, and punchy with that dry, woody character you want from a pre-war Gibson. The combination of its art-deco styling and compact, responsive feel makes this a uniquely charming and inspiring instrument. Comes with the OHSC.
