This 1976 Gibson ES-345 has quite the backstory and mods list! Made over by Ron Armstrong of Stars Guitars who previously worked at Alembic, it's been "Jerry Garcia-fied", complete with a brass nut. Ron re-leaded the pickups and added a dummy coil to the bridge pickup, and then rewired it in stereo with a new control layout. It now has two volume and two tone controls, a three-way pickup switch, a three-way on/off switch, a two-way boost switch, two-way coil split switch, six-way Varitone and master volume control. All in all, a whole new world of tonal possibilities is opened up!

Additional mods include a replaced bridge and tailpiece, replaced pickup covers, replaced tuners, replaced truss rod cover, and replaced pickup covers, and a battery cover installed on the back.
