Modifications/RepairsReplaced E,D,G,B and high E tuner buttons, A string tuner button original.

The ES-345 was first offered in 1959 as an upgrade from the already popular ES-335, adding a stereo output, Varitone rotary switch, split parallelogram inlays barrowed most notably from the Gibson Southern Jumbo, and came adorned with gold hardware to top it all off. This specific example had only one owner, bought new in 1962 and kept as original as possible, having only 5 replaced tuner buttons to note leaving the A string button original. The rest is original as well down to the hardware and its wonderful sounding P.A.F.'s. The original owner also bought a stereo Gibson GA79RVT amp to go with the guitar at the time which will be listed shortly. There is some general play wear and patina as you'd expect that gives it a wonderful vintage feel. It plays excellently and sounds incredible!

Includes its original black Gibson case with yellow interior.
