This 1960 Gibson Country Western is a wonderful-sounding acoustic with excellent playability and just the right amount of vintage mojo. Although it's a '60, the neck profile is closer to the beloved '59 profile, with the perfect amount of girth and shoulder, making playing for hours on end a breeze. It's received a neck reset and refret, and action is at a great height with plenty of saddle remaining. Most of the plastics (tuners, nut, bridge pins) have been replaced, but are included in the case. It has some light repair in the form of a center seam crack with a maple cleat, but otherwise what you see is what you get when it comes to wear.
Country Westerns are by-and-large consistently great guitars, and this example is no exception, plenty of growl . A structurally sound, beautiful guitar ready for several more decades of song.
Includes modern tweed hard shell case.
