Description
The Flammang EL-50 is a vintage-inspired small-body guitar built around a deep body and a quick, responsive voice. This 2018 example pairs a Red spruce top with East Indian rosewood back and sides, giving the compact design a particularly handsome and traditional combination of tonewoods. The Sunburst finish and understated appointments keep the focus on the wood and craftsmanship, while the EL body shape gives it a comfortable feel without sacrificing depth and projection. It’s a beautifully made small-shop acoustic that reflects David Flammang’s straightforward approach to traditional guitar building.
