Description
Blonde Telecasters with rosewood fingerboards were iconic instruments in helping define the sound of the 1960s - wielded by legends from Mike Bloomfield to Jimmy Page. This 1966 Telecaster shares that same DNA with classic twang and snappy tone. From early in the Post-CBS days, this guitar has undergone a few minor changes: refret, new nut, a swapped neck pickup, a rewound bridge pickup, solder touch-up and some swapped tuners. However, overall it still has that 60s mojo with impeccable tone and playability. Cosmetically, the blonde finish has aged nicely over its swamp ash body, with consistent checking, minor finish dings and buckle rash.
Includes OHSC (One broken latch).
