The Fender Precision Bass has historically transcended genres and decades alike, and this '60 is a shining example of a well played piece of history. It's a real looker, top to bottom with some signs of heat/fire exposure on the head stock that gives the lacquer an interesting aesthetic as well as plenty of play wear and patina that makes it a magical experience to play. It has 4 extra holes on the top that were presumably for some sort of arm rest, and 2 holes on the back as well. Strung with flats, it is smooth and round sounding and its original P-Bass pickup provides all the tone you'd need to cover any gig or session.
Includes a non original hard shell case and a written appraisal from Walter Carter.
