Description

The 2010 Fender Custom Shop '55 Reissue Stratocaster in Sunburst is a masterfully crafted tribute to one of Fender’s most iconic early models. Featuring a lightweight ash body with a nitrocellulose lacquer finish, this Strat embodies the resonance and snap of the originals. The quartersawn maple neck, with its C profile and 9.5" radius fingerboard, offers a comfortable feel. Handwound pickups deliver the signature bell-like chime, punchy mids, and smooth sustain that define the '50s Strat tone. Period-correct hardware completes this stunning reissue, blending classic aesthetics with Custom Shop precision. This example is currently fitted with a 5-way switch, but includes the original 3-way in the original hardshell case.
