This is a clone of the legendary 6G13 Vibroverb amp from 1963. This remains as the rarest and most sought-after amps of the Brown era at Fender, with original pieces fetching north of $15k. The cabinet is structurally sound, though the tolex could be considered imperfect in some spots. Overall, it's in great condition, with only minor signs of previous wear.
Though the builder is unknown, the wiring inside is certainly professional grade. The wiring is clean and well executed, and it features a thoughtful mix of high-grade coupling caps, Sprague electrolytics in the preamp, and a blend of carbon comp and carbon film resistors. See circuit pictures for more details. All things considered, this Vibroverb represents strong value in parts alone, with a spectacular vibrato to match!
