Played by everyone from John Lennon to Robert Smith to Wes Montgomery, the Bass VI is a unique instrument that you've likely heard whether you know it or not. The Bass VI has a bit of a split personality. It is perhaps best described as an elaborate cross between a Jazz Bass and a Jaguar guitar, but truly exists in a world of its own. It's very easy to get lost in the sultry tones of this instrument. The body was refinished some time in the '70s, but it retains a classic sunburst look; and with that kind of age, it feels acceptionally broken in. The bridge pickup was rewound in-house and the ground connections were re-flowed. Cosmetically, it has some wear along the edges and neck, but largely remains in great condition.
Includes red-lined vintage hard shell case.
