The Epiphone Texan model is synonymous with Paul McCartney; Gibson manufactured Epiphone was the instrument brand of choice for The Beatles. While on first glance this jumbo model looks like a J50, it has a longer scale length that gives it more tension and drive. Vintage examples with the wide 1 11/16th nut are rare, let alone in good condition. This modern reproduction is as close as it gets to Sir Paul's very own early 60s Texan; Sir Paul McCartney himself even signed its label. This example is part of the limited 250 guitar run made by Gibson with direction by McCartney. It comes with a COA and all of its paperwork describing it. The only item of note is a hairline back crack that is between two braces and does not need repair.
Comes with original soft case.
