This Epiphone Texan is an excellent vintage guitar with the crisp, dry tone for which these 50s/60s Kalamazoo factory acoustics are known. It has undeniable appeal with its natural finish, parallelogram inlays and celluloid pickguard. This guitar's sound is really broken in... if you're looking for a vintage acoustic with that mahogany sound, look no further. It's got a good profile neck and despite its skinny nut width feels great in the hand. It's in good shape for its age with a handful of repairs to keep it running: we performed a refret and bridge reglue in-house, and some center seam separation was previously fixed and cleated. There is about a 2" crack in the bottom of the bass side bout that is stable as well.
Includes vintage Gibson hard shell case.
