After Gibson bought Epiphone in 1957, they began expanding Epiphone's line of semi-hollow guitars. The Sheraton was a part of that expansion, introduced in 1959 featuring a similar body shape to the 335 but with mini humbuckers, an 'E' branded tremolo system, and extra embellishments such as multi-ply binding and more intricate inlays. This example is in excellent original condition just having a small filled hole next to the tailpiece. The guitar plays very comfortably with a nice slim taper neck and it sounds great with its original mini humbuckers. You can't ask for much better!
Includes its original hard shell case.
