Description

This 1960 Epiphone Olympic is essentially a Gibson Melody Maker rebranded under the Epiphone name. The only modifications are replaced strap pins and an extra strap pin hole on the lower bout. It plays exceptionally well, with comfortable action and fully functional double-pickup electronics. Melody Makers are celebrated for their single-coil tone, delivering a biting sound that’s perfect for funk and country styles. This guitar is not only a joy to play but also a remarkable piece of history that any Epiphone collector would be proud to own. Includes the original chipboard case.
