Description

Significant to blues, country, and bluegrass, dobros are an integral part of the sound of the south. Haunting slide lead lines and quick picking melodies make these instruments live in the hearts of many players. This example is in good condition. There are some signs of wear through the burst finish all over the guitar from playing and small chips. A previous owner added a nut extender to increase the angle for slide playing. The neck is checked in a beautiful way that adds some unique texture to the V shaped neck. Its plays very well and more so, sounds very impressive. The vintage qualities of the guitar are present sonically as well as visually.
