David Russell Young was a renowned luthier of the 70s with one of his builds recently listing for over $100,000 on Heritage Auctions. This example has a beautiful cedar top with Indian rosewood back and sides. It has some delamination and notable player and strum wear - evidence of a great sounding instrument! Our repair team recently performed a refret, so it's playing great as well. There is a large maple cleat underneath the top treble corner of the sound hole to address two large cracks as well.
Incudes large coffin-style hard case.
