CaseCollings' Traditional hard case

The OM1 JL is the result of a very fruitful collaboration and friendship between Bill Collings and virtuoso guitarist Julian Lage. Similar in many ways to the OM1-T that came later, the OM1-JL is unique in the Collings line, as it's modeled after Julian's beloved 1939 Martin 000-18. Julian not only loves the played-in, warm tone of vintage instruments, but also deeply appreciates guitars that are honest, fundamental, and reveal the quality of your playing. Defining features like the custom satin lacquer finish, a neck carve modeled after Julian's worn-in 000-18, and a bracing pattern that later informed the Traditional Series models, set this guitar apart as much visually as they do tonally and in its playability.

This pre-owned model sports an upgraded Adirondack spruce top, for added dynamic range and power in ensemble settings, and the standard 1-11/16" nut width and 2-3/16" string spacing at the bridge. Not only is this 2017 model in excellent condition, but it also comes with the coveted Collings Traditional hardshell case.

*When using Affirm, we charge an additional 3.5% fee on the total at checkout. The majority of our instruments are consignment, where CVG keeps a small percentage of each sale. To be able to cover the additional costs required to offer financing, we have to include a higher fee to the customer. The 3.5% fee will be included in and spread across your Affirm payments.
