Made in Austin, TX, the Collings MF5V is a fully-appointed F-style mandolin with superb tone, elegant stylings and unmatched playability. This example features a flexible varnish finish that allows for a richer tone, in contrast to the standard high-gloss lacquer. It is in overall great condition, and has had its neck sanded for smoother and faster playing. Beyond this, it has only a small amount of play wear.  Includes original hard shell case.
