Description

For players who love the reliability and playability of modern instruments, but long for the character and tone of vintage pre-war guitars, Bill Collings and his team answered the call in 2017 with the launch of their Traditional Series. With an even thinner finish, no tongue brace, a rounded Traditional neck profile, and vintage-inspired voicing and construction system, the T-Series guitars have a warmer, more rounded tone, with an articulate midrange, and a quickly responsive voice. The upgraded Adirondack spruce top brings added dynamic range. And of course, for those who like a little extra, this 2018 model is adorned with 42-style abalone purfling and rosette, and torch headstock inlay. Included with this guitar is Collings' handmade case, a beautiful example of Collings' craft in its own right.
