The banjos of the Carolina Banjo Company are inspired by a small group of antique instruments discovered in Watauga County, North Carolina. Built in the spirit of those originals, they feature distinctive faceplate turnings, an ebony fingerboard, geared tuners, a segmented center rim, stout construction, and a spun brass tone ring. This example is crafted from cherry wood and paired with a dark ebony fretboard, giving it both a striking appearance and a warm, responsive feel. Tonally, it offers a focused, cutting voice with plenty of projection, balanced by the sweet, woody character that makes mountain banjos so appealing.
Includes a TKL hardshell case.
