Description

This piece comes from the personal collection of Mark Tremonti. This Bruno head and cabinet were the main amp used to track guitars for Alter Bridge’s Fortress album.

Tony Bruno is a highly respected amp builder known for his custom Vox-inspired designs. This amp features full 6G15-style reverb controls—Dwell, Mix, and Tone—along with a robust EL84 reverb driver tube. It also includes a mix of new and old stock coupling caps and vintage carbon comp resistors, which may result in a slightly higher noise floor than players are used to with newer builds. Bruno amps are renowned for delivering vintage tone/feel, through and through. All told, it’s a fantastic-sounding amp with a permanent legacy, captured on record!
